I love it.
Cross stitch / Outlander / Feuer und Stein tells the story of Claire, a 20th century nurse and Jamie, an 18th century full-blood highlander, their very unlikely meeting ;) and their adventurous time together.
I read the book a few years ago in German, but since I like to own good books myself I had to by myself a copy in English.
Cross stitch is a historic fantasy novel. It is absolutely captivating, the love story between Jamie and Clare is kind of realistic. It is a really cool love story. You have to like it. A book for dreaming along. A nice and good looking highlander, who could withstand those charms? The first one of the series is definitely the best one!
