So her life and the life of Merrys Guards and Lovers is in constant danger. Merry has always to be one step faster than her mighty enemies. But Princess Merry is not only worried about herself. She felt in Love with Frost and Doyle, the Captains of her "Ravens", as the guards are called and doesn't want to loose them.

My Opinion:
A Lick of Frost, 5th volume of the Merry Gentry Series is wonderful. Laurell K. Hamilton has found her way back from Merrys Bed to a fantastic written Fantasy-Fairytale for Adults. There is intrigue, there is magic, there are fights and secrets, not only, though very sexy written erotic tales of Unseelie-Sex, as I thought in Vol. 5. Frost has saved the series right in time!
This book was worth buying it. I really adored every line of it. As always it was much to short and now I have to wait for an whole year again to learn how the story ends, even if in this book, some keys to Sithen doors were turned for us.
