This story follows Kacie and Brody. She is a single mom with twin girls, running Cranberry Inn with her mother . What Kacie doesn't have is a father for her girls. He left them, and crushed Kacie's heart.
Brody is a hockey player. Brody is so taken by Kacie, when its time for him to leave the Inn and return home he decides he can't get enough of her and he makes his way back for another weekend.
I liked this story, it was cute, but I did found a bit predictable at times. Not that it was that bad...but there was something missing.
The story ends on a cliffhanger.
