Garion, Belgarath, Polgara and their friends are still after Zedar, disciple of the evil God Torak, who stole the Orb of Aldur from the Hall of the Rivan King. Their journey brings them to Arendia, a country on the brink of civil war, to Tolnedra where the people are more interested in money than what goes on around them and also to Nyissa, the land of the Serpent Queen Salmissra, who once again makes a nuisance of herself. Wherever they go Murgos, Toraks people, seem to be all over the place, planning and plotting and causing very subtle a lot of trouble.  The whole world is secretly mobilizing for a war that seems inevitable and Garion has to face his legacy, if he wants to or not. "Queen of Sorcery" is the second book in David Eddings Belgariad series and picks up where "Pawn of Prophecy" ended. What can I say, it’s one of my favorite series ever :) For more info see review for “Pawn of Prophecy”, it's quite the same.
