The third person POV allows for better access into the investigation, following Detective Ryan, and offers just enough insight into the crime procedure without becoming weighed down by it. Adding to the mix is the presence of ghosts, each with their own agenda. The Touch offers the quick, witty banter this author is becoming known for, while adding a fair amount of suspense and chills from the otherworldly characters.
