This was such a good book! It's one of those books that just makes you feel ridiculously happy.

Attachments is a nice enjoyable read. This is a story about a man who falls in love with a woman whose emails he reads (because it's his job to make sure the office workers aren't doing any shenanigans over the internet).
Lincoln fell for Beth from her flagged e-mails she wrote her friend, Jennifer, and Beth fell from him by just seeing him around the office. The only problem is neither one of them knows who the other one is because Lincoln doesn't know which face in the office belongs to the e-mail messages and Beth only knows the 'cute guy' works somewhere in the company.

This is a cute story. Ms. Rowell does a good job creating nostalgic feelings with all her references from the 80's and 90's. The writing is simply lovely. It's detailed but not too detailed. It's so warm and- if I can describe writing like this- homey. I wanted to stay in it forever.

I didn't like how the romance didn't come until the very end...or that they didn't meet until almost half-way in. But I loved the ending. I just really like endings that give me a full conclusion. I don't like pondering or thinking about what's going to happen next. I like knowing. And this book ends with a knowing.

Overall: It is a really nice book.
