Tolles Buch über die Freundschaft dreier Mädchen. Leider nicht so spannend :(

It was a little bit dull... I've expected so much more and it let me down so hard. :(

Plot I was brave She was reckless We were trouble Best friends Caddy and Rosie are inseparable. But the course of both friendship and recovery is rougher than either girl realises, and Caddy is about to learn that downward spirals have a momentum of their own. My Opinion I'd expected so much of this book because of the Zoella book club. I have to admit that it really let me down. I liked the idea of a book about friendship and not about love. It's a welcome change to all the young adult love books (I mean, come on, they are everywhere!). I had a hard time reading this book, because the beginning is boring and you have to force yourself to read on. It gets better, though. However, the idea isn't bad at all. I love the relationship and dymanism between the three of them. In the end, I couldn’t put the book away until 3am because I HAD to know the end. It kind of surprised me because it wasn’t cheesy or anything similar at all. I gave 3.5 stars (3 here on Lovelybooks) due to the ending, with a cheesy one it would’ve been worse rated. Anyway, the cover’s great and the book is set in Brighton and mentions a lot of public places. I’ve been to Brighton and knew a lot of them so I loved to have that feeling of ‘coming home’. Conclusion To come to an end, I would like to recommend this book. Apparently not to everyone, because I didn’t like it that much, but for girls at age 13-16 it could be a really good book. For me, it has been too boring and therefore I won’t read it again.
